Service: SendItToYou.com ("the Service")
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using SendItToYou, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
SendItToYou is a file-sharing service that allows users to:
- Upload files and receive a shareable link
- Share links with others for download
- Optionally pay for extended storage duration
- Optionally subscribe for a custom subdomain
Files are automatically deleted after their expiration period.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not upload content that violates others' rights
- Not attempt to circumvent file size limits or expiration times
- Not use the Service to distribute malware or malicious content
- Not use automated tools to abuse the Service
- Keep your subdomain account credentials secure (if applicable)
You are solely responsible for all content you upload and share.
4. Prohibited Content
You may NOT upload or share:
- Illegal content (child exploitation material, content illegal in your jurisdiction)
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Content intended for harassment, threats, or abuse
- Unauthorized personal data of others
- Content that violates export control laws
We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access for violations, without notice or refund.
5. File Storage and Deletion
Expiration Periods

Files are permanently deleted after expiration. We do not maintain backups. We are not responsible for data loss due to expiration.
File Size Limits
- Maximum file size: 5GB
- We reserve the right to adjust limits with notice
6. Payments
One-Time Purchases
- Payments are processed by Stripe
- All sales are final; no refunds except as required by law
- Prices may change; existing purchases are honored at the paid rate
Subscriptions (Custom Subdomains)
- Billed monthly at the current rate ($3/month at launch)
- Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
- No refunds for partial months
- Failed payments result in a 7-day grace period, then suspension
7. Custom Subdomains
Subscribers may claim a custom subdomain (e.g., yourname.sendittoyou.com).
Subdomain Rules
- Must be 3-20 characters, alphanumeric and hyphens only
- First-come, first-served
- May not impersonate others or infringe trademarks
- Reserved names (www, api, admin, mail, app, etc.) are unavailable
Right to Revoke Subdomains
We reserve the right to revoke, reclaim, or reassign any subdomain at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Trademark infringement or legal claims
- Impersonation of individuals, companies, or organizations
- Violation of these Terms
- Extended inactivity (12+ months with no uploads)
- Abusive or harmful use
- At the request of law enforcement
If we revoke a subdomain, we will attempt to notify you at your registered email. Refunds may be issued at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
Comped Subdomains
- We may grant free ("comped") subdomains at our discretion
- Comped subdomains are subject to all the same rules
- Comped status may be revoked at any time
8. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit the content solely to provide the Service.
Our Service
SendItToYou, its logo, and related marks are our property. You may not use our branding without permission.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That files will be available for the full expiration period
- Security against all threats
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
We are NOT liable for:
- Loss of data or files
- Unauthorized access to your files
- Business losses, lost profits, or consequential damages
- Actions of other users
- Service interruptions or downtime
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Content you upload or share
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
13. Termination
By You
- Stop using the Service at any time
- Cancel subscriptions through account settings
- Request account deletion by contacting us
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected illegal activity
- Extended non-payment (subscriptions)
- Any reason, with or without notice
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via:
- Notice on the website
- Email to subdomain subscribers
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
16. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms (plus Privacy Policy) are the complete agreement
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later
- Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not
